Sprint MPLS VPNSM: Leverage our Cisco-certified Multiprotocol Label Switching Virtual Private Network (MPLS VPN) to connect multiple locations and data sources on a single private, highly-secure, IP-based network.
IP VPN: Access your corporate network via Internet tunneling, which packages data in secure IP packets for safe transport. Choose this option if you already have a VPN-terminating device and require standard data security.
SprintLinkSM Frame Relay: Access your corporate network over Sprint's native IP backbone, which is based on Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol, Version 3 (L2TPv3) — a technology developed by Sprint and Cisco Systems. Choose this option if you already have set policies against Internet-based data transfer and require VPN-level security.
Key Features
Security controls. A Sprint-hosted username and password management solution authenticates your wireless users/devices prior to enterprise network access. This includes administrator access to a secure hosted Remote Access Authentication System (RAAS) tool to change/reset passwords; add and delete users/devices; and control RADIUS authentication.
Controlled Internet access. Allows administrators to enforce filtering and monitoring policies at the corporate firewall level.
Flexible IP address options. Sprint can assign dynamic or static public/private IP addresses.
Redundancy and monitoring. Sprint Data Link is fully redundant, engineered for high availability and includes a fully alarmed platform for early fault detection and rapid service restoration.
Sprint SmartView software. Uses a customized version of Sprint SmartView and certified Sprint Mobile Broadband Cards to facilitate fast, secure connections.
