When your business applications require a static IP address to authenticate your Sprint Mobile Broadband Cards or Mobile Broadband-capable PDAs/Smartphones, we give you options:
Reserved Static IP
Reserve a contiguous block of static IP addresses, in advance, and then designate each address to a specific device. Each time the device authenticates onto the Sprint network, it will be assigned its reserved Static IP address¹.
Standard Static IP
Purchase one or more static IP addresses as you need them. These addresses are assigned as available and are not guaranteed to be provided in a contiguous range.
Whichever option you choose, a convenient, secure Web interface makes it easy to assign a Static IP addresses. If you need assistance, or do not have access to a computer, we can administer the account on your behalf and with appropriate credentials.
¹There are restrictions with Reserved Static IP addresses. Please contact your Sprint direct sales representative for further information. Roaming: All efforts have been made so that Static IP addresses will operate on Partners networks; however there is no guarantee of service.
